Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Precision VA Match, your investment is protected. We stand behind the quality of our screening and placement process. If we cannot deliver, you do not pay. It is that simple.

1. Placement Services — Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to find a suitable candidate for your role, you receive a full refund of your placement fee — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all placement tiers: Precision Match ($997), Precision System ($2,997), and Precision Partner ($7,500).

Once a candidate has been presented, interviewed, and accepted by you, the placement fee is considered earned and is non-refundable. At that point, the 30-day replacement guarantee takes effect (see below).

2. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee

Every placement includes a 30-day replacement guarantee at no additional cost. If your new VA leaves or does not meet the agreed-upon role requirements within 30 days of their start date, we will conduct a full new search and place a replacement — free of charge.

The 30-day replacement guarantee covers the same role, same skill set, and same responsibilities as the original placement. Requests for a VA with a different role or skill set constitute a new placement and are subject to a new placement fee.

3. Precision Membership — Unlimited Replacement Guarantee

Active Precision Membership holders ($497/month) receive an unlimited replacement guarantee for the duration of their membership. If any VA placed by Precision VA Match leaves or underperforms, we will conduct a new search and place a replacement for the same role at no additional cost.

This guarantee applies to the same role, same skill set, and same responsibilities as the original placement. It is void immediately upon cancellation of the membership.

4. Membership Fees

The Precision Membership is billed monthly at $497/month. The first month is complimentary with any placement tier.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

If Precision VA Match terminates your membership, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

5. What Is Not Refundable

Placement fees after a candidate has been accepted and hired by you.
Membership fees for completed billing periods.
Services already delivered, including AI Readiness Audits, delegation plans, onboarding playbooks, and marketing system setups.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
